Hounds in Pounds is made up of passionate people who deeply care about dogs.  We always have their best interest in mind and at heart, and we have the best team around. We take on the dogs that need us the most and we will continue to do that for as long as we can. We say yes when others say no. If there was a 13th month, a 25th hour, or a 61st minute, we would be rescuing dogs at that time too. Every day we continue to carry out our mission by restoring homeless, sick, hungry and abandoned animals to lives of health and happiness. We have helped thousands and each one is special to us.  We rescue any dog who needs help.  Breed, location, or cost of treatment has no impact on who we decide to save. Somehow, we always figure it out.
